If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.<\/p>\n<h2>Return Eligibility<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Items must be returned within <strong>30 days<\/strong> of the delivery date.<\/li>\n<li>Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.<\/li>\n<li>Perishable goods (fresh food, opened treats) cannot be returned unless defective.<\/li>\n<li>Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>How to Return<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Contact us<\/strong> at hello@pawpaw.com with your order number and reason for return.<\/li>\n<li>Our team will review your request and provide a <strong>return authorisation<\/strong> within 2 business days.<\/li>\n<li>Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided.<\/li>\n<li>Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>Refund Process<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within <strong>5&ndash;10 business days<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.<\/li>\n<li>For exchanges, the replacement will be shipped once we receive the returned item.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Damaged or Defective Items<\/h2>\n<p>If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within <strong>48 hours<\/strong> of delivery with photos of the damage.
