At PawPaw, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.
Return Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- Perishable goods (fresh food, opened treats) cannot be returned unless defective.
- Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.
How to Return
- Contact us at hello@pawpaw.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will review your request and provide a return authorisation within 2 business days.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund.
Refund Process
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- For exchanges, the replacement will be shipped once we receive the returned item.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
