Shipping Policy
At PawPaw, we want your pet’s essentials to arrive as quickly as possible. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping options.
Delivery Options
Standard Delivery
- Cost: FREE on orders over $500 / $80 flat rate for orders under $500
- Timeframe: 5–7 business days
- Coverage: All areas within Hong Kong
Express Delivery
- Cost: $50 flat rate
- Timeframe: Same day (orders placed before 2:00 PM) or next business day
- Coverage: Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, and New Territories
Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your delivery status through our website or the courier’s website.
Delivery Notes
- Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery at the specified address.
- For large or heavy items (over 15kg), delivery may be limited to ground floor or lobby.
- If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier will leave a notice and attempt redelivery.
