Use the site lawfully and do not interfere with its operation, copy its content without permission, or use it to submit misleading information.
Accounts
If you create an account, keep your login details secure and make sure the information you provide is accurate and current.
Intellectual property
Our content, photographs, logos, design, and written materials belong to Petwell or our licensors and may not be reused without permission.
Changes
We may update these terms, site content, products, or processes. The version published on this page applies from the date it is posted.
When an order becomes a confirmed order.
- Prices are displayed in Hong Kong dollars (HKD) and may change before an order is confirmed.
- Placing an order is a request to purchase. A sale is formed when we confirm the order.
- We may correct pricing or product errors, or cancel/refund an order if a product is unavailable or information was materially incorrect.
- Payment details are handled by the relevant payment provider. We do not need your full card number to process ordinary customer service requests.
- Delivery timing, charges, and returns are explained in our Shipping & Delivery and Returns & Refunds policies.
Read the label, and ask a veterinarian when it matters.
We work to keep product names, descriptions, prices, images, and availability accurate. Packaging, ingredients, and instructions may change, so the product label remains the most current reference.
Product information on Petwell is general information, not veterinary diagnosis or medical advice. For a pet with a health concern, ask a qualified veterinarian before starting or changing a therapeutic diet, supplement, or treatment.
Fair, practical, and within the law.
To the extent permitted by law, Petwell is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or a product. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
